Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription or use the Service. By using MagicRedraft, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Subject to these Terms, EchoWaffle Ltd. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use MagicRedraft for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
• Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or operation of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or attempt to extract the underlying source code or AI models, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Use automated tools or scripts to overload or misuse the Service.

Subscription payments, billing, invoicing, taxes, and payment processing are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and processed by Paddle.

MagicRedraft uses artificial intelligence to transcribe handwritten content into editable text.

Although we continually strive to improve accuracy, AI-generated results may contain omissions, inaccuracies, or formatting errors. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and correcting all output before relying on it for legal, academic, professional, financial, medical, or other important purposes.

EchoWaffle Ltd. does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

The performance and accuracy of the Service may depend on factors including image quality, handwriting legibility, internet connectivity, third-party infrastructure, and AI model availability.

While we aim to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability and may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time.

You retain ownership of all handwriting images, documents, notes, and other content that you upload to MagicRedraft.

You grant EchoWaffle Ltd. a limited licence to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All software, branding, logos, website content, interfaces, algorithms, and other intellectual property associated with MagicRedraft remain the exclusive property of EchoWaffle Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

EchoWaffle Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you:

• Violate these Terms;
• Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service;
• Infringe the rights of other users or third parties; or
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EchoWaffle Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

We may also update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EchoWaffle Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
