Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MagicRedraft. Because our platform incurs direct, real-time compute costs from infrastructure and AI model providers for every transcription event, we enforce the following clear refund guidelines:

1. Monthly Subscriptions

We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription cycles once the billing period has begun. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future automatic renewals. Your access will remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle.

2. Annual Plans

If you purchased an Annual Plan and realize the tool is not a fit for your workflow, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided your account has used less than 10 total AI processing scans/credits.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a review of an annual cancellation, please email support@redraft.app with your account email address and Paddle transaction receipt number. Approved refunds will be credited back through Paddle to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
